The role of the board is to

Provide input to the Center strategy

Enhance Center collaboration with industry and academia (concerning use of results) Secure that the economy is stable (day-to-day economy is controlled by Acreo Broadband department who is also responsible for reporting economy to VINNOVA)

Decide concerning R-project initiation areas and approve A-projects (based on economic information only)

Adjust the competence profile of R-projects according to state-of-the art

Give advice concerning commercialisation of R-project results

Approve new partners

Approve and plan practicalities around partner resignation (if required)
