Acreo AB is owned by the group Swedish ICT Research AB which was formed 1st of July 2005 by bringing the research institutes in the ICT area together. Swedish ICT Research AB is owned by the industrial Associations FMOF and FAV together with RISE Holding AB (formerly IRECO).
- FMOF is the Partner Association of Acreo. FMOF has member companies holding an interest in microelectronics, optics and communication technology.
- FAV is an association for the SICS Group.
- RISE Holding AB is a holding company owned by the Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications.

Organisation and Financial Information
